Summer limits
This summer, Can-Do Canine! needs to put health and safety first— so we will have a weather-dependent limit on service durations. If the temperature exceeds 85° F, we will limit outdoor services to a half hour at a time. If you need your pup to exercise longer than this, you may schedule multiple services and expect a break in between to cool off and rehydrate!
We appreciate flexibility
As Can-Do Canine! travels to you, we appreciate a bit of flexibility in our arrival times. We may be about 5 minutes late, and any more than that window, we will reach out and update you as soon as we know. We also offer a flexibility discount if you help us out with changing your appointment time with less notice. This doesn’t happen often, and will always be an ask-first situation!
Cancellations and late bookings
If a service is cancelled by the client between 24-36 hours before time of scheduled service, the fee will be half the rate of the service, not including travel.
If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the service, the fee will be the full rate of the service, not including travel. (Both as in, travel will not be counted)
Lastly, there will be a new “late booking fee” for services booked within 24 hours of the requested time, at $5 per service.
